Efflorescence is a white crystalline or powdery, often fluffy/fuzzy deposit on the surface of masonry materials like concrete, brick, clay tile, etc. It is caused by water seeping through the wall/floor/object. The water dissolves salts inside the object while moving through it, and then evaporates leaving the salt on the surface. Efflorescence and Carbon Calimite formation at the tile joints.
Material which, when added to a mixture of dissimilar materials will produce a stable emulsion.
A shower designed and installed to control the spread of water from the shower enclosure.
A two-part adhesive system employing epoxy resin and epoxy hardener used for bonding of ceramic tile to back-up materials.
A two-part grout system consisting of epoxy resin and epoxy hardener, especially formulated to have impervious qualities, stain, and chemical resistance, used to fill joints between tile units.
